Willie Solomon Jr. Rev. Vernell Daniels, Rev. Mark Thompson and Rev. Shelley Peoples officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be 5:30-9 PM Thursday, September 28, 2017 and 8-4 PM Friday at John E. Stephens Chapel Funeral Services. Mr. Richard Terrell Fulton, 34, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 in an automobile accident. He lived at Preston and was a welder. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of New Covenant Assembly of God. Preceded in death: Wife, Naomi Ruth Fulton; Daughter, Emma Louise Jewel Fulton; Son, Richard Terrell Fulton Jr.; grandmother, Louise Fulton; grandfather, Horace Nicholson. Survivors: Daughters, Dinah Lynn Jim and Brianna Gail Martin of Philadelphia; Son, Jaylen Alonzo Fulton of Louisville; Parents, Terrell and Penny Fulton, Cynthia and Daniel Savell; Grandparents, Leon and Charlotte Fulton, Cathy Nicholson; Sisters, Summer Nicole Fulton of Sturgis and Ashley Michelle Cook of Preston; Brothers, William Thomas Fulton and Clifton Tyler Fulton of Philadelphia. Mrs. Naomi Ruth Fulton, 35, passed away Monday, September 25, 2017 in an automobile accident. She lived in Tucker Community most of her life and was a stay-at-home mother. She enjoyed being a wife and mother. She was a member of New Covenant Assembly of God. Preceded in death: Husband, Richard Terrell Fulton; Daughter, Emma Louise Jewel Fulton; Son, Richard Fulton Jr. Survivors: Daughters, Dinah Lynn Jim and Brianna Gail Martin of Philadelphia; Son, Jaylen Alonzo Fulton of Louisville; Parents, Tammy and James H.
