Funeral service for Mr. Truitt Nubbin Copeland will be held 2 PM Monday, January 3, 2022, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens and Rev. David Addy officiating. Interment will be in East Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will be 11-2 Monday, January 3, 2022, at John E. Stephens Chapel. Mr. Copeland, 77, passed away Friday, December 31, 2021, at his home in Neshoba Co. where he lived most of his life. He was an Auto Mechanic. His hobbies were fishing, camping, riding motorcycles and cutting grass. He is preceded in death by his wife, June Murphy Copeland; mother, Helen Copeland; great-grandson, Cooper Moore. Survivors include his wife, Rita Faye Copeland of Philadelphia; father, James O. Copeland of Philadelphia; daughters, Dana Quick (Ryan), Amanda Quick (Josh) both of Edinburg; sons, Dewayne Copeland (Windi) of Philadelphia, Andy Kelly (Jackie) of Edinburg; sisters, Martha Smith, Dolly Clay, Linda Moody, Darlene Myers all of Philadelphia; brothers, Jimmy Copeland and Donald Copeland both of Philadelphia; (9) grandchildren; (2) great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: Danny Cooper, Jay Estes, Jay Kittrell, Lee Myers, Donald Copeland, Scott Moody. Honorary Pallbearers: Jimmy Copeland, Anthony George, Harold Moore
