MS. MARTHA WANDA HUDNELL

Funeral service for Ms. Martha Wanda Hudnell will be held 2 PM Monday, April 11, 2022, at John E. Stephens Chapel with Rev. John E. Stephens officiating. Interment will be in Sandtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held 12-2 PM Monday, April 11, 2022, at John E. Stephens Chapel. Ms. Hudnell, 70, passed away Thursday, April 7, 2022, at her home in Philadelphia, MS, where she lived most of her life. She was a member of Sandtown United Methodist Church, and she was a Licensed Funeral Director. She also worked for a Civilian Contract in Iraq for 2 years and Richardson Molding for 12 years. Her hobbies were art and writing. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Carl Hudnell; parents, Kenneth Claude Dorman and Audrey Purvis Moore; brothers, Mickey and Tom Dorman. Survivors include daughters, Tracy Marable (Mark) of Oxford, AL., Melissa (Byrd) Wright, Carla Rae White (Bobby Edwards) both of Philadelphia; sisters, Faith Matthews, Margie Martin (Daniel Smith) both of Philadelphia; brothers, A.C. Dorman (Bonnie) of Morton, Robert Dorman (Tonya) of Carthage; (7) grandchildren; (2) great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers: George Terry Sciple, Joey Dorman, Nathan Dorman, John Marable, Tony Marable, Daniel Smith.
